The teachers are mature, experienced and hard working.The general policy is to encourage the learners to develop a thirst for knowledge and the teachers to be wells from which the learners draw unceasingly.

Bulamu Secondary School is a distinctive high school with the purpose of shaping learners to become either skilled intellectuals or skilled artisans. Opportunities to both branches of employment are set equally before the learners so they can choose voluntarily. Both the academics and the vocational training sides are strong. It is for the learners to choose where to focus. The necessities are in place and in abundance.
